No-Show/Cancellation Policy
Our physicians and staff try to meet the needs of our patients the best that we can when scheduling appointments. We are a very busy ENT surgical practice that normally has to schedule our patients several weeks out to be seen. We do try to accommodate all the needs of our patients in a timely manner; therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Patients that cannot keep a scheduled appointment must cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment isn't cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, the patient will be charged $50. The $50 must be paid along with the co-pay prior to the patient being seen at the next appointment. This policy applies to any appointment within our office (Audio, Allergy, or Physician).
Due to our office being a specialty practice, it is critical that we get all patients seen in a timely manner. However, if you have a medical emergency, you should go to the nearest emergency room or contact your primary care physician for assistance. Your primary care physician will call us as needed to coordinate your care.
