Making an Appointment with an Audiologist:
If you need to make an appointment with one of our audiologists, please call the department's direct number at 423-209-9111.
Financial and Insurance Policies:
Medicare and most other insurance policies cover hearing testing, but may not cover the cost of hearing aids. You need to determine what costs will be covered by your insurance and what costs you will be covering out-of-pocket to avoid any confusion upon checkout. You may also need a referral from your insurance company in advance of your visit. These can be obtained from your primary care physician's office and should be brought with you to your appointment. You can also fax them to us prior to your appointment at 423-209-9106.
